How to perform gymnastic acrobatic elements?

Acrobatics – a sport that is fascinating. To perform acrobatic exercises you need to be healthy. It requires a lot of hard work and daily training. Let’s look at the basic gymnastic elements and their features.
The concept of acrobatics, types, advantages
First of all, consider the concept of “acrobatics”. This is one of the branches of gymnastics, which is aimed at increasing endurance, strength, flexibility and the development of balance. Skills require regular training.
Acrobatics are classified into the following types:
Sports (the most common, because it is suitable as a regular workout for both women and men).
Circus (a more complex form that requires attention, exposure and time consuming).
Special. Includes complex acrobatic maneuvers (flips, falls, jumps, etc.), used in the classes of dancers and athletes.
Consider the main advantages of practicing acrobatics:
body flexibility develops;
improves the functioning of the systems and organs of the body;
strengthens the immune system;
all muscle groups are pumped;
regulated vestibular apparatus;
the power indicator increases;
the spine becomes stronger, the acrobat gets a beautiful bearing.
Acrobatics for children, contraindications
As a rule, they begin to engage in acrobatics from an early age. To achieve harmonious development and dedication in the implementation of gymnastic elements can only start learning in childhood. Responsibility, good breeding, confidence – important qualities for an acrobat. Please note that before you enroll your child for such classes, go to the hospital for a full medical examination.
In order to achieve success in acrobatics for adults, greater willpower and good medical indicators are required. This sport can not be engaged in the presence of the following pathologies:
bronchial asthma;
epilepsy;
disorders of the cardiovascular system;
myopia;
weak nervous system;
malfunctions of the musculoskeletal system.
Gymnastic acrobatic elements
Classified into two types:
Dynamic (carried out in the process of performing various movements).
Statistical (aimed at developing the skills of holding the body in different positions).
Dynamic
This type includes the following movements:
Coups (need to roll over his head, then rely on his hands). This exercise can be in different variations.
Rolls (coup on the floor, without using the head).
Flips (coup over the head without involving hands).
Half-turns (similar to the usual coups, but without rotation).
Flip-flops (single or serial flip over the head).
Static
Consider the fixed acrobatic elements:
Racks (the athlete takes a fixed position with his head upside down, with the help of which a group pyramid can be built in the future). This is a basic exercise, based on which you can create complex gymnastic maneuvers, in the form of rondathas or wheels.
Bridges. The acrobat makes a deflection in the lower back, the support is carried out on the arms and legs (less often – on the head). This exercise is often not performed alone.
Support (acrobat takes a certain stable position on his partner.
twine (longitudinal or transverse arrangement of legs on the same trajectory of the floor).
Professional items
These are the most difficult exercises that require long preparations, including mandatory stretching and running. These include:
flyback flip (a combination of flip with other elements of statistical or dynamic exercises).
Mondat Flyak, includes a double somersault, after which, in a standing position, legs are joined and a squat is performed on the edge of a special gymnastic pit into which a jump is made by a bridge. After this maneuver, a handstand is done, after which the athlete’s legs fall back, and at this time he pushes himself off with his hands. Before doing this exercise requires warm-up back and stretching.
