Overweight and obesity are becoming the number one problem in civilized countries. The problem is complemented by the development of related problems – diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure. If you add quite a bit of physical activity, then many problems can be avoided.
According to the logic of an average person, only intensive workouts are beneficial, walking is considered to be too weak, as a result, people continue to stand idle and accumulate fat on their bodies. An active life needs to start somewhere, and the habit of daily walks will be the first step. Walking around her area will take a lot of time, she will use almost 200 muscles and prevent health problems.
